Quick Brown Fox Solutions is a SAM-registered small-business prime (CAGE 201W8, UEI MA3DSJEPMFQ8). We quote government, defense, aerospace, medical, and OEM programs, then place production with vetted ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing partners in the United States. We are expanding that network. If you run a capable shop and want steady, documented work without standing up your own federal capture team, this is the conversation.
Partners are not anonymous job shops and not competitors for the customer. QBF is the single point of contact. You receive a traveler, a drawing package, quality requirements, and a delivery date. You run the part, inspect it, and ship documentation back through us. Capacity we cannot cover today is work we cannot bid — so we are actively looking for more partners, not sitting on a closed list.
Certificate from an accredited registrar, in force, covering the processes you will run for us. Copies go in the partner file. AS9100 is welcome. ITAR is welcome if you already hold it — we do not require you to get it for us, and we do not claim it.
Custom machining we place is made in the United States. Stock NSN hardware is a separate resale line and is not what we are recruiting shops for. If your floor is offshore, this is not the fit.
Traveler or equivalent, first-article when the drawing calls it, in-process and final inspection records, calibration. We review documentation before the customer sees it.
5-axis milling, Swiss-type turning, live-tool CNC turning, tight-tolerance 3-axis, or a specialty (titanium, medical, small-diameter, large envelope) that fills a gap. Tell us the envelope, bar capacity, and typical lot size.
You will sign an NDA and a quality agreement. Customer names and pricing stay with QBF. Corrective action is ours to own with the buyer and yours to execute on the floor.
We acknowledge customer RFQs in one business day. That only works if partner shops can turn a package around quickly. If quoting takes two weeks, we cannot use you on live bids.
You do not need a CAGE code, a SAM registration, or a capture person to work federal and prime programs through this network. QBF already has UEI MA3DSJEPMFQ8 and CAGE 201W8. You stay the manufacturer. We stay the contractor of record. That is the opposite of a marketplace that auctions your spindle time against fifty other shops and then hands the customer your name.
Work mix is prototype through production: 5-axis, Swiss, turning, tight tolerance, aerospace, defense, medical, and instrumentation. Lot sizes and materials vary. We will not send you work your cert or envelope cannot hold. Read the ISO 9001 network page and the capability statement for how we describe the network to buyers — partners are certified manufacturing partners, never named as the prime.
